•	Coordinated annual IMBA/USA Cycling Trail Tune-up Grant Program.
•	Organized and executed the first mountain bike race director summit.
•	Effectively worked with NORBA Board of Trustees on rules and regulations.
•	Responsible for creating all communication related to National Championships and race director surveys
