Interact with vendors, regional managers, and property managers via phone or e-mail
Code payables
Enter/code an average of 400 invoices a week: utilities, petty cashes, mileage, and vendor invoices
Run checks
Break down and mail checks

Enter payables into QuickBooks for 4 properties
Bank reconciliations

Team Trainer: train on policies and equipment and ensure knowledge of basic functions of day to day tasks
Assist guests with all needs
Stock, location accuracy
Run register, cash handling, pricing

Spent 3 years training to become an assistant manager
