Business Development Manager

Avant-Garde was established as an independent rep business to represent both electronic and metal contract manufacturing companies in India and China.  Sold full manufacturing services to target customers who benefit from outsourcing their electronic manufacturing to a lower cost option.  Assist customers in making the transition and then actively manage the account on an on-going basis.

Responsible for selling Lennox Industries HVAC equipment, parts and supplies through key distributors in the Utah/Idaho area.   Provide product and sales training as well as also creating quarterly action plans in order to increase sales growth and to maintain fiscal responsibility.    Currently exceeding all sales targets for 2013.

Territory Manager

Work with key distribution channels in the Utah/Colorado area to help sell Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies products to large strategic end-user accounts in order to develop strategic relationships and grow IR’s business and solution set across multiple vertical markets including healthcare, education and government.

Sales Consultant

Work with key distribution to sell Black & Decker products to large strategic end user accounts.  Develop user-specific propositions to convert the user to DEWALT.  Create quarterly action plans and maintain fiscal responsibility.  Execute loyalty programs to maintain DEWALT user base.  Continue to take market share.

Field Sales / Marketing Coordinator
