I'm a firm believer in making it personal and owning creative excellence at every touch-point. I also believe in LOL - taking my work, but not myself too seriously. I am skilled in autonomy, and have an entrepreneurial flair to my spirit. I operate on both a strategic and tactical GSD level, relentlessly setting the mark to exceed expectations. I've lead successful marketing strategies for the likes of Fortune 500 companies with exceptional leadership experience in managing projects. As for exceeding expectations, the proof is in the pudding; in 2014 my efforts were rewarded with "Employee of the Year". I know my experiences in both the creative and operational sides are the well-oiled gears that drive me to consistently deliver high-quality work; it’s that golden perspective that allows me to uncover previously untapped opportunities. Additionally, I am a seasoned pro in vendor relations and negotiations, photo shoot management and collateral design and in a BD capacity, planning and executing trade shows. I love a challenge, one in which I can pivot from strategic to tactical execution while pouring all my energy and brilliance into it - and if you couldn't already tell my enthusiasm.

A promotional, internal agency pivot from creative to operations to help lead 12-member cross-functional team in the analysis, budgeting, copy, design and execution of value-driven creative marketing initiatives. Additionally led consumer analytics, digital initiatives, brand development and governance, advertising and PR, promotional events, vendor relations and timeline for the #1 brokerage firm worldwide. Liaised between client services and technical staff remaining extremely hands-on, being actively involved in pixel-level detail. Consulted CBRE Fortune 500 clients on brand and marketing strategy in B2B and B2C environments.

- Held full marketing project management responsibility for 300 real estate professionals locally with revenues totaling $106.59 Million.



Senior Marketing Specialist, Senior Account Manager

Internal creative agency of CBRE Group, Inc. (NYSE:CBG), a Fortune 500 and S&P 500 company who is the world’s largest commercial real estate services firm.

Promoted to develop creative, produced visuals and negotiate vendor contracts for new business pursuits, advertising, collateral, digital, events and existing marketing initiatives in the DC region and across the country while also generating revenue by providing services to external clients. Designed strategic marketing plans with client C-Suites to align and achieve business objectives in an agency environment. Tracked and analyzed campaign efforts.

- Tactical member of team that assisted in securing the unprecedented $1.16 billion, 60-year lease of the NASA Moffet Airfield to Google.

- Played key role in driving leasing activity up 72% in a 3-month time-frame after 24-month, 329,844-square-foot vacancy through modernized brand development and implementation.


Graphic Designer

Supported all digital and social media related initiatives of the Washington, DC LMA. Planned and optimized digital marketing strategies. Managed the SharePoint web platform and creation and maintenance of CBRE web pages inclusive of landing pages, secondary pages, team websites, property pages, service line pages and media releases. Shaped CBRE’s local social media presence on Twitter and contributed to the global Instragram. Generated campaign and web trend reports to measure KPI’s.

 - Ran point on innovative digital marketing campaigns, from conceptualization to deployment increasing click-through by 41%.

Piloted MYC’s strategic marketing plan to modernize the commercial contractors brand identity. Focused on integrating a robust web platform and social media presence to amplify visibility and capability awareness deepening market penetration and ensuring consistency. Energized brand visuals and voice on advertising, collateral, RFP/Q’s, signature blocks, promotional swag, trade-show presence, social-media marketing and signage. Assisted in logistics for events including site selection, design, catering, guest speakers, presentations and trade show presence. Initiated and fostered industry centric relationships securing business development opportunities on all horizons.
