•	Production – Responsible for the start to finish planning and execution of a local arts showcase in each city on alternating months. Management and constant communication between talent, venue, and staffing while upholding the RAW mission statement of existing as an accessible platform for emerging artists and the place for local artists to be discovered. Largest Show directed has been 1,263 guests! Smallest show has been 531 guests!
•	Curating – Planning and designing of events and shows. Creating and laying out blue prints, layouts, time-lines, design with theme specific creation ideas. Conduct in-depth interviews and hand select artists across all genres for a cohesive debut. Essentially act as tastemaker for the city per season in the categories of art, fashion, and music. Be on constant lookout for trends in contemporary art and public consumption. 
•	Artist Relations – Ensure that each artist’s vision is fully realized, involving discussions with 40-50 artists for every month’s showcase. Extensive collaboration on the aesthetic of the gallery and runway presentations. Conferring w/ talent before, during, and after all events, ensuring the artist’s satisfaction and maintaining positive rapport.
•	Operations – Keep a close eye on budgets in each city. Handle all in-city staffing, including production assistants, interns, photographer and videographer, DJ and host, and all needed labor for the day of the event. Managing communications between booked talent, venue, and staffing. Being available via email & phone to answer questions, coordinate call times and venue relations pre-event.
•	Social Media & Press -- Send out press releases to galleries, blogs, and scouts as invitations to the event on behalf of artists. Maintain the cohesive aesthetic of each city’s Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms. Pursue press coverage leading up to and on the day of the event. Networking with local arts organizations, collectives, and communities, building relationships w/ potential artistic talents.
•	Management – In charge of managing a team of 20 people in both cities across all departments, totaling 40+ employees and interns.

•	Assists with product distribution, advertising announcements & campaigns.
•	Assists with speaking/training events, including managing speaking calendar, writing and editing talks for product trainings and making recommendations for topics.
•	First responder to client queries & concerns, routing requests as appropriate and working with internal teams.
•	Maintains team calendars, including sales/marketing and event calendars.
•	Composes first drafts of weekly & monthly company recap reports.
•	Compiles & organizes weekly team agendas.
•	Administrative duties including booking travel & accommodations, organizing expense reports, coordinating convention set up & equipment rentals, mailing packages, booking team meetings.
•	Researching and inventing fun team events and team building experiences.

Communications Manager & Outside Sales

•	New business development and territory growth.
•	Delivered effective sales presentations to existing & potential clients.
•	Maintained positive relationships with existing clients while establishing relationships with new clients
& brand partners.
