• Handles telephone, fax, walk-up and Oracle Service Center requests for vehicles and special trips. • Schedules, coordinates and dispatches according to priority for on and off Lab vehicle service. • Documenting and tracking fleet repair history, analyzing vehicle mileage and predicting service intervals/dates. Issues and controls gasoline credit cards with instructions for GSA vehicles. • Creates fuel cards for fueling vehicles on-site. • Provides support for inventories and record/reporting data using Oracles Services. • Supplies Vehicle Justification memorandum to customers who request long-term vehicles. • Performs inspections of vehicles upon return and notifies Fleet Management Lead of any vehicle damage or misuse. • Conduct safety meetings, perform safety observations and actively participate as a member of safety committee. • Resolve delivery related complaints from customers, drivers, sales and management.
