Recruited by Leatherup.com to develop an e-bike division named “American Cycle Company”. I designed the entire program from the ground up. Including the design of the electric bicycles, branded the clothing line, helmet line, pricing and product importation and distribution. I was also responsible for the day-to-day operations, which included marketing, branding, product development, product design, vendor and manufacturer relations, sales development, advertisements, marketing materials, press releases, formal descriptions of the company's goals and “mission statement”. I conceived and wrote the extensive sales training and product information as well as writing and filming training and promotional videos.

H&H Sports Protection is often described as the 2nd largest helmet manufacturer in the world. I was responsible for the management of all division managers, including inside sales managers, outside sales managers, management of accounts payable and receivable as well as additional office staff, including all day-to-day operations. Responsible for supervising warehouse management for multiple warehouses. Worked closely with the advertising and marketing department regarding magazine ad's, PR, catalogs, website development, product design, trade shows, etc. Worked with the National Sales Manager in the day-to-day management and maintenance of sales staff including large VIP accounts. Successfully collected large receivables. Laid out clear quarterly sales goals that were exceeded by over $2,000,000.00 the first year alone.

Owned and operated a multifaceted consulting company. Primarily specializing in small business growth and development. Assisted clients form or reform companies based on diverse creative concepts from fashion and clothing to motorsports and power-sports, including but not limited to automotive sales development, customization, etc. It included restaurants and catering as well as party planning businesses along with food truck concepts. I assisted in financial management and advisement for my clients, introducing those who were interested in entrepreneurship and small business development themselves. I assisted in real estate lease negotiations, development of vendor and manufacturer relations. Banking relationships and long-term investment protection for continued business success in times when the business simply could not support itself. Especially during it’s “start-up” phase.
