Designed and executed an innovative product introduction, education, and incentive based program to recruit top-tier, international, action-sport athletes and influencers as brand ambassadors. Program served to raise Onewheel’s image from a novelty transportation device or toy to legitimate board sport used by elite athletes and organizations. 
•	Established marketing partnerships with USSA Ski and Snowboard Team and Hawaii Surf Team to utilize Onewheel as a breakthrough training tool for advanced performance goals. 
•	Introduced creative, performance based, athlete sponsorship incentive package that generated revenue for both athletes and their chosen charity, providing strong, multi-point marketing opportunities with zero up-front investment. 
•	Introduced Onewheel to over 175 top tier, action sport superstars including XGames and Olympic Gold Medalists, World Champions and sport legends in the core action sports disciplines of Surf, Skate, Snow, Ski, MotoX, and Wake, and to influencers in key market positions within media, events, sales, and team management.

MARKETING COORDINATOR AND DESIGN CONSULTANT

•	Developed target design for performance differentiation, functionality, and durability demands.
•	Coordinated cross-functional, Asia-based design and manufacturing groups to meet cost constraints and production deadlines. 
•	Prototyped and tested components for harsh marine environment including flow dynamics and power system thrust, materials and hardware for deck, hose, couplings.
•	Developed logo, branding, website, and videos for marketing and promotions.

DIRECTOR PRODUCT DESIGN AND MARKETING

Managed 20+ person sales and operations team responsible for closing sales, educating clients, creating, tracking, and delivering multi-year SEM campaigns for SMB across a wide spectrum of industries.
•	Recruited, trained, and managed all sales staff and international team of outsourcers in execution of over 350 simultaneously running client campaigns.  Monitored, responded to, and maintained system-wide stability through various algorithm changes.
•	Increased active accounts by 40% and annual revenues 77% from $900k to $1.6M through improved closing ratio, reduced client workload, and improved team performance.
