Media Marketing Consultant

Creativity is key being supplied with a short timeframe to earn trust and rapport.
Provided with an outlined territory and current customer list to decipher "new
business". Daily tasks included: residential door knocking to cultivate customers.
Scheduling installation dates and times, processing orders. This position was a
numbers game for every 50 doors knocked 15 doors opened and 6 sales would be
made.

Door to Door Sales Consultant

Went through Management Trainee Process which consists of learning the in's and
outs of running a business. Learned how to sell intangibles vs tangibles: liability,
collision, personal insurance. Training and countless hours of studying Loss Control,
Human Resources, Management and Accounting. Aced the "Grill" which is a face to
face test with each department head grilling you on the in's and outs of there
department (8 hours total) once passed you become Management Assistant, then
promoted to Assistant Manager if performance allows.
Assistant Manager of Enterprise in Port Orchard followed quickly with integrating Gig
Harbor also. Daily tasks included: managing employees, training employees,
accounting, insurance claims, CUSTOMER SERVICE, essentially the daily
operations on 2 locations.

2007- passed the grill became Management Assistant
2006- qualified for the grill 4 months early, finished required material and training.
