Production Manager

•	Managed all communications, PO management and logistics with overseas vendors beginning with tech pack handover from merchandising department to arrival of final product in warehouse.
•	Oversaw all pre-production development sign offs and proofed all production tech packs.
•	Coordinated with purchasing department to place all bulk production PO’s in Full Circle software in order to insure positive ‘available to sell’ for sales and customer service.
•	Reviewed order files and weekly sales to ensure vendor fulfillment of start / cancel dates.
•	Created and issue all debit memos for vendor and supplier chargebacks.
•	Developed and managed all Special Make Up (SMU) styles for major accounts.
