Sr. Brand Marketing Manager

Act as the general marketing manager of the Trigger Point, and Harbinger Fitness brands, and leads cross-functional teams, including Agency, Digital, Creative, Product Development and Sales partners to drive brand awareness and sales growth. 

•	Lead internal and external teams to develop and execute consumer marketing strategies, including research & insights, execution of integrated campaigns, digital media, retail, PR, experiential and events, content production, packaging design, education programs/content, new product launches and partnerships/sponsorships.
•	Collaborate with Sales, Creative and Digital teams to deliver retailer and trade-focused marketing materials, including point of purchase materials, selling toolkits, eCommerce and digital assets, communications and presentations.  
•	Lead strategic marketing initiatives across all marketplaces in conjunction with Retail Marketing Manager 
•	Partner with the Fitness Education Content team to drive content development and distribution to consumers
•	Collaborate with Category Managers and Product Development to guide consumer insights-driven product roadmap for launching the new and next big things.
•	Assist in planning and activation at tradeshows and events
•	Collaborate with other brand teams across the company’s portfolio of 19 brands to share best practices and develop co-promotions


Responsible for strategically planning and project managing the execution of all Go-to-market activities, including
Messaging, Retail Merchandising, Media, CRM, Social Media, and Events for Sony Electronics’ Home Audio and Video
products. Forecast and manage budgets in excess of $9 Million. Support the business units’ marketing needs while
keeping in lock step with Sony’s overall marketing and Brand guidelines. Monitor and measure the quality, effectiveness
and ROI of all marketing activities.

•	Created, managed, and successfully executed Go-to-market activities for Sony Electronics’ Home Video products that have led to Sony retaining the #1 brand share for Blu-ray Disc players in the U.S. from 2014 - present.
•	Created, managed, and successfully executed the Go-to-market activities for Sony Electronics’ Home Audio products that led to Sony taking over the #1 share position in the premium sound bar segment in 2017. 
•	Managed and executed all B2C Marketing and Communication activities for the Premium Home Theater Projector category with key B2C retailers. 
•	Acted as the liaison to the Custom Installation B2B Sales Channel providing them with support on messaging, worked with designers and agencies on assets creation, media planning and execution, played key role in planning and execution of sponsorship activities at the channels’ key industry event, and managed Ad&Pro budget in excess of $2 million. 
•	Managed the Marketing Communications and Channel Marketing activities for select Home Video and Sound products at Target, Wal-Mart, and Costco working closely with Sony’s Product Marketing, Brand Operations, Sales teams, and external vendors to create and execute multiple temporary and permanent retail displays and point of purchase assets for these key retail partners.
•	Participated in a corporate rotational program and directly managed a variety of digital media campaigns with external agencies exceeding all key KPI’s for all campaigns run during my tenure. 



Sr. Marketing Communication Specialist

Managed and executed all activities with respect to Competitive Analysis, Showroom Management, Industry Analyst relations, VIP Events, and the creation of Case Studies for the Business Imaging Systems Divisions. Regularly developed and delivered presentations and webinars for the Sales team, Dealers, internal stakeholders, Industry Analysts and the general public. Forecasted and managed multiple budgets in excess of $1.5 Million. Managed the relationships and negotiated contracts with multiple Industry Analysts and environmental organizations.

•	Elected as part of a five-person team that was responsible for a multimillion-dollar strategic worldwide corporate initiative. Conducted qualitative and quantitative market and competitive research, and developed and delivered proposals to upper management and the CEO on a quarterly basis.
•	Streamlined the Case Study development and creation process, tripled the yearly output of published case studies from two to over eight printed pieces, and created the departments first video Case Study working with Arizona State University. 
•	Contributed significantly to the design, creation and implementation of an environmental sales tool that was utilized worldwide and was awarded Canon America’s highest internal honor the “CAPA” Award. 


Sr. Marketing Specialist 	

Assisted the Marketing Manager with all marketing activities and was the lead Project Manager and traffic coordinator for the creation, design, and implementation of quarterly flyers, annual catalogs and other sales and marketing collateral. Monitored the website to assure all content was accurate and up to date. Analyzed sales, seasonal trends and vendor promotions to determine placement on printed materials, emails and the division’s eCommerce website. 

Marketing Specialist / Creative Project Manager 

Managed an assigned territory of 500 office based health-care practitioner accounts. Consulted clients on various business solutions, which included a variety of medical products, technologies and software. Exceeded all monthly sales targets.

Outbound Sales Representative / Telesales  

Created copy for the company’s website, emails, flyers, co-op and national radio campaigns, and other forms of marketing collateral. Traveled nationally and internationally to represent the "Sceptre" brand at various customer events and trade shows, and presented regularly at industry events.
