categories.  Managing 10 designers and working with marketing, development and sourcing to turn around
equipment, gloves, headwear and socks businesses in Europe, Asia and the United States.

Responsible for stabilizing and growing the European product line, including market analysis, global
product strategy, product line profitability (efficiency), marketing collateral, sales support and POP.
Product Categories included: outerwear, Tekware, footwear backpacks, sleeping bags and tents.

Global Product Director

Responsible for managing the creative process for the RD&D team.  Managed the activities of 4 designers
and 6 developers to better coordinate trims, color and merchandising efforts between all 5 collections.
•  Coordinated and communicated activity between designers, marketing, sales and management to streamline product development process and create a clear, concise brand message to consumer.
•  Researched and interpreted trends, developed color forecasting and palettes for technical categories
utilizing color trending services.
•  Managed projects with key vendors and suppliers to develop new technology, materials and trims for
advanced products categories.
•  Worked at General Motors design studio to build welded waterproof bags, packs and interior accesso-
ries for the Chevrolet Avalanche.
•  Worked with Italian eyewear manufacturer Marcolin SPA. to interpret The North Face brand quality into
sunglasses and accessories lines.
