I am about to complete a Master’s degree in Sports Marketing. Together with my Bachelor’s in the commercialization of sports goods and services and my passion for sports activities of all kinds, I believe I am very well prepared to work for a US company to assist in the marketing and sales department. For the past two years I have honed my customer service and marketing skills in some of the biggest ski resorts in the French Alps, and I am eager to provide the same type of services in the US.


•	As member of sales team, rented apartments and sold ski passes and equipment rentals, contributing 130,000€ (about $145,000), representing 6% of overall revenue, during winter season.
•	Increased upselling to optional products from 20% to 50% by motivating team.
•	Managed Facebook fan page, created content in webzine, and updated website.

•	Managed five satisfaction surveys addressing 12 points of sale, from creation of survey to administration of questionnaires to analysis and presentation of results, including charts and graphics, to management.
•	As member of loyalty development team, helped to organize and host special events and kept customers informed using CMS. Increased number of loyalty members 60%.

•	Provided hospitality services for resort on Saturdays throughout the winter season for 5 years. 
•	Escorted tourists from train station to their vacation rentals, assisting them with logistics, promoting the benefits of the resort, and answering all questions. 
•	Adapted to wide variety of personalities.

•	Created new website to fulfill B2B communication needs in only two months using WordPress.
