From childhood, Ocean City native Kevin Richards has been immersed in the world of real estate.

A broker who ran his own office, Richards’ father instilled the values of the business in his young son. And today, it is Richards’ turn to showcase that professional approach.

Founded in strong client relationships and the innate ability to meet homebuyer needs, Richards’ method is backed by field experience. With a strong knowledge of the Ocean City market—having worked on Asbury Avenue for years, he formed strong ties with area business owners, year-round residents and tourists alike—Richards’ local connections are further complemented by a commitment to client availability and a longtime background in sales.

Holding a graphic design degree from the Art Institute of Philadelphia, Richards education has allowed him to bridge the gap between traditional real estate methods and the technological marketing process of today.
