Jett Development is a Design Consultancy specialized in snow, street, and dirt Powersports/Motosports. My daily tasks involve Concepting, Tech Pack creation using Illustrator, 3D Modeling, Rapid Prototyping, and constant communication with our Product Developers, as well as our Design Director.

As a Senior Industrial Designer I am tasked as Project Lead where I delegate tasks in a team format. I oversee design, provide instruction to Junior Designers and coordinate with Product Development to ensure we meet production timelines accordingly. Simultaneously I perform my own duties which include Concept Drawings, Colorways, Tech Packs, Revisions, and communication with customers. I wear many hats and also take care of all CAD in-house which includes injection molded parts, compression molded foams, and rubber TPR branded badging. With several products out to market in the Outdoor industry, I can operate as on my own, or drive a team to success for both hard goods and softgoods.
