I have over 14 years of experience in the powersports industry. I have a very broad background including customer service, sales, retail merchandising, and marketing. I have experience in outside and inside sales, product presentations, trade shows, event coordination, showroom development, inventory control, creation of specials and promotions, project management, brand building, sales training, and employee coaching along with quite a few other skills. I like to focus on examining the customer's needs and creating and implementing ways to meet those needs to maximize my value to the customer.

Outside Sales Representative

I provided customer service to powersports dealers regarding orders, product suggestions, problem solving, and shipping issues. I also provided technical help with parts, internal and dealer based computer systems, and product fitment. 
In addition to customer service, I was also involved in inside sales to a dedicated account list. I would promote sales and specials, suggest add-on sales, provide product suggestions based on dealer needs, and provide marketing and merchandising help.
