Assess patient lab results and enter lab orders based on the outcomes, nephrologists orders and special testing as requested 
	Prepare tubes for routine and non-routine blood work including transplant; Centrifuge the blood or refrigerate according to laboratory requirements; Pack the box for shipment to appropriate laboratory as required
	Educate patients on transplant process and options as well as being a liaison between patients and transplant hospitals
	Verify that all hemodialysis in center treatment documents have been correctly recorded and signed by staff where applicable to help ensure accuracy for billing purposes; Audit, reconcile and correct treatment summary for all patients; Audit medications documented and administered 
	Print, organize and distribute various hemodialysis documents throughout the day to medical director, nurse manager, nurses and primary nephrologists
	Answer and coordinate a high volume of telephone communications; send, receive and distribute faxes
	Maintain an accurate record of daily treatments, hospitalizations, patient travel, etc, using Excel, to prepare for monthly audits submitted to billing department  
	Assist patients with transportation arrangements as well as same day trip problems with various transportation companies 
	Audit and debride records in patient charts in compliance with federal, state and local regulations

Acquired accurate counts of merchandise using handheld device in various locations
	Assisted with preparation of equipment for daily usage; Downloaded data from USB flash drive onto devices in-order to ensure precise information
