Currently I am the Payroll and Billing Coordinator for a security company . I have experience in social media, graphic and web design, public relations and copy writing. I coordinate trade shows, events and press releases for the company in addition to running marketing strategy meetings, managing our social media,  website and design marketing materials. Running the marketing department for a small company means wearing a lot of hats but I enjoy a fast paced day that keeps me thinking on my toes.

  I graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a degree in psychology and child development. Since then I have explored a few different jobs within hospitality and customer service fields with an emphasis on social media and marketing. 

   Colleagues think of me as a fun and creative employee on whom they can rely.  I work well on individual projects but love the camaraderie of being part of a team.

•	Responsible for the collection of, entering and calculating payroll data
•	Maintain current and accurate employee records, updating changes in job titles and work locations
•	Enters employee’s hours and pay rates into Quickbooks.
•	Resolve payroll questions working with by answering questions and requests.
•	Calculate employees Paid Sick Leave 
•	Compile payroll data to create monthly invoices
•	Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions

Member and coach of the Los Angeles based synchronized swimming/ dance company. Events performed include: Hearst Castle, Nancy Reagan's Birthday Party hosted by the Young Presidents, Annenberg Beach House Grand Opening, multiple events at the London Hotel, The Roosevelt Hotel, the Colony Palms Hotel in Palm Springs. Also performed at the AICP Holiday Event, Guess/Vogue Winter Fashions Show, Ewan McGregor’s Go Campaign Event, MTV’s “My Super Sweet,” Fox’s “Glee” and Justin Beiber’s “Beauty and a Beat” music video.

Manage fitness class enrollment, coaches, students and pools.  Hire qualified coaches and lifeguards if necessary.  Work directly with company director to make sure the classes reflect the overall goal of the group.

Synchronized Swimmer and Coach

•	Create, deliver, and optimize marketing material (online and print) that are supportive of and consistent with marketing strategies.
•	Manage social media outreach campaigns, email, and direct mail. Responsible for increasing following along all platforms measurable each month. 
•	Supervise Every Door Direct (EDD) campaigns through USPS.
•	Coordinate marketing department employees.
•	Manage events including trade shows and fairs under set budget.
•	Increase online lead generation through websites, Google AdWords and social media campaigns.
•	Work with local media to cross promote our company and and our clients.
•	Improve communication efficiencies within company. 
•	Create and manage video content.
•	Create and distribute client surveys.
•	Lead one-on-one system and warranty walk-throughs with customers.
