• Directed the re-structuring and consolidation transformation of 9 daily newspaper’s pre-press departments into one in-house 20-hour/daily operation. Managed the timely and accurate print ad flow for all of LANG. • Implemented cost-savings efforts of offshore outsourcing for print ad production.
