Oversee the Brand Marketing, PR & Events teams
Develop brand experience strategy by leading brand marketing, in uencer, events and PR team for PacSun, a top specialty retailer currently operating over 400 retail stores.
• Identify, negotiate, secure and manage strategic advertising, partnership, sponsorship and ambassador opportunities to enhance brand reach and drive incremental revenue
• Lead continued growth in influencer strategy by driving curated influencer focused campaigns
• Drive PR strategy to drive earned media for brand experiences, platforms and content
• Develop co-op marketing programs with key brands inclusive of custom creative campaigns and digital marketing opportunities
• Partner with executive stakeholders for seasonal plans around key initiatives
• Create & curated experiential programs that engage the consumer target within youth culture
• Stay on the edge of experiential marketing shifts and trends
• Lead cross functional teams from start to  finish for all events including large scale activations including Coachella, ComplexCon and international pop-up’s
• Manage Micro Influencer strategy driving over 150M
yearly impressions
• Support creative team in identifying key opportunities to leverage content and assets from social to emails, ads, in- store usage etc.
• Manage $2M+ Media Activation budget
