I'm compelled by my creativity to create products that add value to one’s life. I believe designing is figuring out how something works, a product should not only look good but be practical and functional. With a 5 year background in fashion, I have developed a strong set of skills for technical design, colors, prints, and project management. I'm aspired to stay curious and is constantly developing my craft.

•	Create comprehensive technical packets for development samples and overseas production for multiple brands and private clients
•	Develop specs, grades, and construction requirements in harmony with brand standards 
•	Collaborate with Design to establish quality fit and aesthetic pleasing garments
•	Created details cads for tech pack that achieved Design aesthetic and construction
•	Recolor and alter artworks, prints, graphics, and logos



•	Supported manager and tech designers across multiple categories: adult and kids RTW, costumes, baby swimwear, layette fashion, sleepwear, shoes, bags, and accessories
•	Tracked and logged 300+ fit approval styles quarterly with overlapping timetables
•	Organized received fit samples, measured garments, evaluated sample constructions, and noted spec discrepancies prior fittings 
•	Collaborated with 10+ cross-functional partners in weekly live model fittings to solve fit issues while maintaining cost and quality standards 
•	Wrote fit comments, photographed important callouts, and ensured samples match tech pack specifications and design details
•	Sent fit comments to vendors within a 48 hour turnaround and communicated daily with vendors and cross-functional on product status



Contract Associate Technical Designer

•	Company’s head of design and technical product development process. Products sold on home television shopping network such as HSN, TVSN in Australia, HSE Germany, Italy, and Russia, $400,000+ per order 
•	Managed the full development  cycle from sketch to tech packs, and fit samples to final TOP approvals for multiple product lines
•	Created new cads for Sales team and updated existing cads for production handoff   
•	Directed fit sessions, resolved fit issues, reviewed and approved all lap dips and strike offs 
•	Collaborated with merchandiser to execute seasonal product presentations
•	Maintained close relationship with 5 private labels to meet their creative needs and strict MLQ
•	Supervised pattern makers and sewers workflows, ensured projects met deadlines
•	Managed time cards, vacation, sick day requests, office inventory, and petty cash flow for design team




Fashion/ Technical Designer

•	Served as a primary point of contact and tech pack development  for knit and woven seasonal products
•	Assisted in weekly live model fittings, spec samples, and sent fit comments to overseas vendors
•	Developed flats for working boards and cads for seasonal line sheets
•	Organized product data and built cost sheets utilizing A2000 system
•	Responsible for thirty-eight deliveries annually with multiple and overlapping timetables
•	Designed and recolored prints for women’s contemporary, activewear, swimwear, and menswear 
•	Head of intarsia sweater knit design and created exclusive intarsia sweaters for T.J.maxx with $120,000-$400,000 per order quarterly
