Main customer service and ECOMM contact for all accounts and online consumers. All item set up and creation for new and existing accounts. Head of EDI Integration, set up and processing with third party EDI team. Maintains customer orders and maintenance on their web portals and internal systems. Responsible for day to day and monthly reporting and invoicing. Manages the day to day shipping, inbounds and inventory along with containers coming in from China, FOB and Direct Import customers with our 3pl warehouse. 

US Operations

Main customer service and sales contact for key accounts: Amazon, UNFI, Tree of Life, Wholefoods and Mother’s Market. Introduce new products. Work with buyers on forecasts and planning while maintaining customer orders and maintenance on their web portals and internal systems. Manage a team of two to ensure top notch customer service and efficient operations policies are maintained. Responsible for day to day and monthly reporting. Reaches out to fitness and private athletic training facilities to become distributors.

Customer Service/Key Accounts

Processed and implemented EDI. Distributed and organized all pre-book, at once, SMU, and POP sales orders for all Key Accounts and to the Customer Service team to ensure all orders were processed timely and efficiently. Supplied timely information to Sales Managers, Sales Reps, and Key Retailers regarding pricing, product information, inventory availabilities, order status and delivery/shipping updates. Main contact for Warehouse and Vendor Compliance of all retailers to ensure all pack and labeling requirements were satisfied. Provided weekly Open Order Reports to Sales Management team. Maintained all ECOM orders, invoicing, return authorizations, exchanges, customer calls and emails for margaritavilleapparel.com.


Key Accounts Coordinator/Ecommerce Manager

Worked with major accounts, such as Macys.com, Zappos.com, Amazon.com and many more; making sure all their confirmed orders matched their unconfirmed orders (bulks). Assisted in giving price, style and color corrections. Looked up UPCs and filed EDI paperwork, while operating on FullCircle systems. Also assisted in managing a team of 3 Customer Service Reps in their daily tasks such as RMAs, data entry, buy deadlines as well as overall customer service operations. Point person for resolution of all escalated consumer complaints.

EDI/MAJORS Specialist/Customer Service Team Leader

Maintains the order file for a vast territory across the US. Suggests orders and processes returns. Assists Sales Representatives in handling their accounts and liaison for departments such as Accounting and the Warehouse.

Sales Associate/Inside Sales

Responsible for running sales reports, assisting Sales Associates in data entry tasks such as: return authorizations, order entry. Maintained the customer service line. Assists Managers with special projects such as sales reports and daily numbers.
