Graphic Designer

- Concept, create and deliver editorial design for magazine by the first of the month.
- Establish style guidelines and specifications to be followed by team and advertisers.
- Edit and manipulate images for editorials and advertisements.
- Work closely with sales and Diamond Bar businesses to create advertisements for magazine.
- Provide print ready files, approve proofs, and manage a timely production of magazine with printer. 
- Brainstorm new advertisement opportunities and community connection promotions via social media and print.

Operations / Sponsorship Coordinator:
- Manage sponsorship budget and P&L for jewelry portfolio. Ensure all expenses are within budget.
- Create and fulfill sponsorship contracts by leading collaboration between the team, the sponsor, and the vendor.
- Brainstorm, source and coordinate special events, promotional displays, and value-added sponsorship opportunities.
- Assist operations manager with exhibitor relations, staff communications, and pre-show projects.
- Travel to tradeshows across the country as operational support and floor manager.

Registration Coordinator:
- Manage internal and external registration timeline from online to onsite for eight tradeshows.
- Provide exceptional customer service support via email and phone calls.
- Manage the setup, cleanup and day to day operations of registration on show site.
- Lead standardization of registration department by analyzing user experience and implementing process improvements.
