I was the top-selling Account Manager for Joyride, an office beverage manufacturer and distributor, until the company pivoted to a brewing only operation due to the effects of COVID-19.

I sold over $1M in coffee and craft beverages in 2019, but I’m equally proud of the relationships I cultivated along the way with folks at companies like GoPro, Google, Facebook, Gap, and Old Navy. 

Currently, I’m looking for a new challenge where I can continue to promote a quality product or service and build strong customer relationships as part of an ambitious team.

-Joyride’s top salesperson in 2020. Individually generated over $1.M-1.2M in sales annually.
Grew B2B customer portfolio from 20 to 150+ via presentations, email, outbound calls and inbound leads. 
-Consistently exceeded sales, retention and upselling targets for new and current client accounts.

Senior Sales Account Manager 

-Managed over 120 external accounts for Illinois’ largest independent craft brewery and promoted the Revolution brand to on-premise establishments, off-premise chains, wholesale distributors, and consumers. 
-Visited more than 40 accounts per week, strengthening retail sales channels, building relationships with Chicago-area bar and restaurant managers, gathering product feedback and increasing brand visibility.
-Identified prospective sales leads, ensured prime in-store placements, facings and proper inventory levels, increased sales and product line offerings at existing accounts, participated in sales blitzes and executed promotional activities at tap takeovers and regional craft beer festivals. Cicerone Certified Level 1.


Sales & Marketing Intern

Served as acting manager across three fashion departments for Colorado’s top-selling store, coaching associates, monitoring sales metrics, and resolving customer concerns. Analyzed sales reports and met weekly with mentors to deliver data-based insights and develop strategies for increasing retail sales.
