Forecasted sales on a daily basis and manipulated payroll to fall in line with company goals. Supervised a sales floor with up to 18 associates at peak times. Managed all IT issues within the building. Rolled out a new Mobile POS system to my store team as well as participated in an MPOS restock pilot for the company. Facilitated all supply orders and maintenance issues at the store level.  Led management meetings on a weekly basis. Participated in recruiting, hiring, and training of new associates and managers. Led the operations team that included the receiving team and back of house as well as the restock team during morning shifts. Communicated with home office and disseminated information to the store team.
