• Manage seasonal inline collections and special make up projects development • Source new techniques, yarns, trims and process via long lead with an in-house technician • Lead all Sample review meetings and communicate comments to oversea factories • Maintain development charts, sample tracking and costing spreadsheets for all casual products and ensure all is up to date. • Identify & adjust design inconsistencies/manufacturing problems and ensure all design issues are solved • Manage one month go to market development from concept to finish • Build and maintain competitor analysis matrix and identify market needs and current status of the industry. • Build special make up calendars from concept to finish and manage all key stakeholder's tasks. • Manage and maintain quality control and identify issues and problem solve with M&D team.
