Product Developer

•	Managed development of 400+ styles with delivery across multiple categories.
•	Created and updated tech packs, ensuring design intent and fit requirements were achieved.

•	Led costing analysis and negotiations with suppliers to achieve or exceed target margins.
•	Maintained five seasonal calendars and coordinated sales sample deliveries for 11 international and domestic channels.


•	Ensure all products and samples have achieved the construction, color, and brand standards set forth by the Product and Design teams for global and regional accessory categories.
•	Manage development and sourcing of four inline seasonal product launches while also overseeing multiple off calendar SMU’s for retail, ecommerce, and special events.
•	Create and maintain development calendars based on product launch schedule, innovation, and global partner’s needs.
•	Daily communication with Asia Sourcing office on development and cost related issues.
•	Set up and maintain PLM management system with BOM details, tech pack specifications, costing, and vendor information.
•	Drive sourcing efforts around desired pricing and product needs, negotiate costs with factories, and ensure costing meets target margin goals.


Global Accessories Developer

•	Developed 50+ styles and 600+ SKUs annually, meeting design and margin goals.
•	Oversaw overseas vendor relationships, from design handoff to commercialization.
•	Partnered cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations on lifecycle management and global launches.
•	Created and maintained a QA manual and established testing standards for related products.



•	Managed 110 seasonal styles, ensuring product integrity, quality, and target margins were maintained.
•	Created all technical product specifications. Including but not limited to creating all CADs, BOMs, fit requirements and construction details.
•	Negotiated costs with suppliers and established standardized tech pack templates.
•	Improved margins in headwear, packs, luggage, and socks by streamlining supplier partnerships.


Accessories Developer

•	Directed development of 120+ global styles annually plus regional-specific collections.
