She spent 2 years at Deloitte Consulting focused on enterprise change & communications strategy and corporate strategy for the finance industry. More recently, Kristen spent 6 years at Flatiron Health, partnering with their most strategic customers to enable their success, building a new growth business operations function, and leading the sales & growth organization to shape the future of healthcare technology.

Kristen is an empathetic, development-centric people leader with a knack for solving complex, ambiguous organizational challenges. She thrives when balancing strategic thinking and the nuts and bolts of processes, leaning on cross-functional expertise and collaboration to drive change and progress. She is comfortable communicating with executive leaders as a thought partner and managing competing priorities.
