Make outbound sales calls to accounts such as wineries, liquor stores, and gift shops to sell wine and spirit accessories and gifts
Increase sales by introducing new products, up-selling existing products and promotions, opening new accounts 
Prepare, organize, and present products at national trade shows
Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and managers
Enter orders/accounts in MAS, log sales reports in Excel, correspond with accounts through email

Make outbound sales calls/emails to gift and book stores for the east coast and international accounts
Work closely with accounting, shipping, marketing, and product development departments to ensure customer satisfaction and offer suggestions for improvements                                                                                            
Handle incoming calls on customer issues, inquiries, and orders
Offer sales promotions to increase business
Won numerous contests for exceeding sales goals and opening new accounts
