I spent most of my life working in management in different types of companies. Some in action sports as well as food and office settings. I have experience in many different skill sets. I have done inside/outside sales, Inventory management,Production management, Retail management. My goal is to work in apparel on any level from warehouse to office management.

Production Manager

Train all staff employees on procedures in the store 
Opening and closing the store 
Managing team schedules 
Merchandising the mens department 
Tracking and planning all store business

Department Manager

Manage shop and office daily tasks 
Make sure warehouse hits all marks for shipping products 
Handle all payroll 
Order all packaging needed 
Hire and train all new employees
Handle all USDA paperwork

Operations Manager

Make sure shop hits all sales marks and all office affairs are in order
 Deal with paycor to ensure payroll goes through correctly
 Order all packaging for products
 Make all reorders for stock needed to continue meeting sales goal                               Hire/Train new sales employees on shop affairs

Assistant Manager

Mange all inventory coming into the shop.
Put all inventory into storage system and location. 
Send out RMA 
Deal with UPS and Fedex discrepancies 
Manage other inventory employees
Handle all quarterly inventory reporting
