Job Responsibilities 
-75-60% translation and 25-40% coordination and other tasks. 
-Translate Japanese text into English for Editors to edit for the Western audience. 
-Responsible for maintaining essence of Japanese games and localizing its content for the Western audience. 
-Leads English linguistic quality assurance of assigned project to ensure upmost quality of NISA products. 
-Coordinates with other team members, testers, and other departments on assigned projects in all phases of department’s workflow. 
-Coordinates with external parties in Japanese and English. 
-Provides on-site directorial support at studios in Los Angeles county for voice recording sessions if applicable to assigned project. 
-Provides general department support if/when needed. 
-Proofreads all assigned text assets and suggests project improvements. 
-Coordinates projects internally with other team members. 
-Routinely interacts with department supervisors and other team members. 
-Occasionally interacts with customers for troubleshooting support of assigned projects. 
-Effectively communicates potential issues or ongoing issues to supervisors.

Make sure all menus are wiped down, free of spots or stains, and complete.
Make sure entry doors are clean, free of debris and inviting.
Check with manager to assure there are no large or private parties you do not know about.
Plan out the seating chart and organize the reservations (planning is everything when running an effective host stand).
Keep an eye out that the dining room, entryway, bathrooms, and menus are kept clean throughout operations.
Keep the counts for individual server so things come out fair at the end of the night.
Say good-bye to all of the guests. Check to see that everything was wonderful.

•	Working with the VP of Marketing, the Marketing Manager is responsible for day-to-day execution and implementation of restaurant and hotel marketing and advertising initiatives for our individual brands. 
•	Develop and maintain relationships and communication with key partners in Operations to create solid marketing plans and serve as the primary point of contact for many of the properties
•	A translator for CEO and VP meeting with franchisees, outside marketing team, clients  
•	Manage advertising and public relations agencies, utilizing them as resources for brand and revenue enhancement programs 
•	Manage all digital marketing initiatives 
•	Manage advertising and partnership development for specific properties 
•	Work with social media consultant to provide content 
•	Provide on-site event support where necessary
