With over nine years of experience in the fashion industry, I am a passionate and creative Inclusive Size Fashion Designer and Brand Consultant who specializes in designing and developing Ready-to-Wear (RTW) collections that suit a wide range of body types and capture the latest market trends. My core competencies include team leadership, project management, strategic planning, and technical skills such as CAD, sketching, tech packs, and product development. 

In my most recent role as a Sr. Designer at Forever 21, I collaborated with the tech design team to ensure proper garment fit for Plus product, managed exclusive design categories, and led trend and market research to develop Plus-specific styles that increased total company sales penetration by 35%. As a Brand Consultant, I have worked with fashion brands such as lululemon, BloomChic, LUSHIOUS and Cider to evaluate brand identity, rectify areas of underperformance, and develop forward-thinking strategies that drive brand expansion.
