Caffeine Sports, LLC is an independent sales agency focused on the fitness, health and wellness categories. Brands represented include Rehband (www.rehband.com) a leader in sport medicine braces and supports and Bliz (www.bliz.com) a leading Scandinavian brand of active eyewear, goggles and helmets.

•	P&L responsibility for Rehband's sports medicine (FDA cleared) products in the US and Canadian markets.
•	Increased sales revenue 165% YOY in an eleven-month period.
•	Developed and implemented a metric based strategic plan for North America growth.
•	Expanded customer base from 21 to 131 customers over an 11month period, opening new sales channels and diversifying revenue streams.
•	Created and implemented a CrossFit Affiliate program to 7,500 potential direct accounts.
•	Designed and implemented a contract employee commission structure and program. 
•	Management of marketing events and trade shows designed to strengthen brand loyalty, increase brand awareness and develop new customers.

•	Led all due diligence, financial analysis, brand creation, marketing, site selection, and finish out during the initial stages of business operations.
•	Diversified revenue by growing retail sales to represent 25% of revenue by sourcing various nutritional   supplements and accessory products while educating and building demand with our customer base.

•	Drove combined client sales from $3.8 million to $14 million, a 368% increase.
•	Increased the balance sheet 372% over a three-year period by developing and implementing revenue producing programs and expense management.
•	Revived an organization that was failing financially, growing cash reserves from one month to six and developing a capital campaign for a new headquarters building.
•	Advanced annual economic impact of investment programs 582%, from $6 million to $35 million in 5 years.
•	Increased utilization of the San Antonio Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) program 146% ov
•	Ideated, organized and developed sponsorships for various events impacting over 1,000 people annually.
•	Led and implemented strategic planning and budgeting efforts for a 45 member board of directors and staff.  
•	Spearheaded new programs under the Education Foundation and grew participation by 600% over a three-year period, expanding program participation to represent 30 countries.

•	Increased sales 38% and market share from 23% to 32%, during a three-year period of market decline.  
•	Crafted rebate and incentive programs, focused on high margin products, increasing profits over 20%.
•	Developed, trained and led an outside sales team and in-house customer service team.
•	Transformed European distribution by creating a distribution center in Rotterdam, Netherlands, reducing days to market 93%, from 15 days to 1.
