Championed the basketball design team that created and forwarded several footwear models that revamped the AND1 brand and opened new market opportunities. Produced new design themes and graphics for shoes and apparel that appealed to core audience and broadened interest of younger generations unfamiliar with the original brand.
Key Achievements:
Increased sales from 10M (EOY) in 2010 to over 50M (EOY) in 2012.

Offered new design products and themes for direct to consumer apparel lines geared to increase their market share and brand recognition. Partnered with client design teams on scope and direction of brands, sought regular feedback during development processes, and launched brands in time for sales and / or professional sporting seasons.
Key Achievements:
Met launch challenge involving NBA player Anthony Parker to design a shoe in time for the upcoming season, which in turn encouraged additional investments into the brand.

Footwear Designer | 08/2007 - 11/2008
Designed Skate/lifestyle technical footwear, Spec materials, adjust CADs, and sync design/development schedule from concept to production.
Worked with the following brands for mutual brand collaboration: Ray-Ban, Diamond Supply Company, and professional skaters.
Key Accomplishment
• One of the shoes I designed did very well in the European market and was reintroduced the following year. The product line was expanded to new colorways and materialization.
