- Resolve supplier capacity constraints for vehicle manufacturing plants through implementation of new tooling, creating overtime schedules, establishing expediting procedures for Just In Time delivery
- Implement supplier tooling capacity in order to meet production goals for new vehicle launches
- Created cost saving initiatives including buffer strategy initiative set to reduce unplanned costs by $1M/yr
