• Prepare contract billings for senior leadership to review and submit to customer.
• Review customer invoices prepared by staff for compliance of contract terms and conditions and established department policies and procedures.
• Assist in month-end account reconciliations.
• Issue check payments for each sector within Northrop Grumman.
• Assist and support in preparation of DCAA incurred costs and billing audits.
• Prepare journal entries and submit to senior leadership for review and submission for each sector.

• Execute data entry and upload invoices
• Coordinate mailing of check and wire payments
• Match invoices to purchase orders with business partners and vendors
• Provide reconcile processed work to vendor and management to resolve payment issues
• Analyze vendor accounts and manage deductions through company software
