Men's Designer

?   Develop monthly collections that are saleable for various customers at various price points
?   Merchandising items within the monthly assortments that are geared towards specific
customers while aiding the sales team in creating, and editing, their presentations
?   Working with the tech team to ensure proper fit and construction. Working with the production team for approvals on fabrics, and trims, and to ensure a workable cost, as
well as a timely delivery
?   Developing, and maintaining, a good work relationship with customers to ensure that the styles developed for them will be great sellers for their clientele
?   Running the graphics department to make sure that the graphics are fresh, and new, with the use of new techniques, and styling, while occasionally doing graphics to help the team
in times of need

Head Men's Designer / Merchandiser

Skills Acquired:

?   Working with sales associates, and men's inline design team, to design, and execute,
styles specific to customer's needs for each season
?   Creating new designs, along with updating previous styles, to cater to customer's needs
for each season
?   Developing seasonal merchandise for specific customers that can range from graphic tees
to outerwear, to board shorts, based on trends, price points, and customer feedback

O'neill Men's SMU Designer

Skills Acquired:
?   Developing seasonal concepts, color story, graphics, and sample styles that merchandise
well for the season, along with keeping the integrity of the brand
?   Working with fit/tech department to ensure that styles have the ideal fit for our target
customer
?   Working with the sales team to develop private label styles for customers
