I have found my passion working in and around the outdoor industry and communities; I am a skilled business leader with over 20 years of experience in creating new business entities and developing products and partner relationships. I have a strong background in sales, strategic operations, and customer service. I have worked with outdoor brands such as Atomic Skis, FlylowGear, Icebreaker, Pret Helmets, and large online retailer EVO.com. I thrive when paired with other passionate stakeholders to create strategic, business-enhancing relationships.

My career is built on business and operations management, business development and recently in creating one of a kind adventure travel packages that deliver unforgettable life experiences and brand loyaty with customers for life. I have broad experience in business strategy, budgeting, fiscal responsibility, project management, programming, and communications. 

I am a seller who increases revenue. I deliver professional service, providing unforgettable client experiences. My diverse skill set includes brand and marketing management experience, strategy development and execution, copy writing and collateral creation, and event planning.

At my core, I am a hard worker who isn’t afraid to get dirty and take on new challenges. I enjoy people and shared experiences that create strong bonds and successful relationships. I like to inspire and lead people with confidence and a calm reassuring demeanor. I communicate intentionally and effectively, both in writing and in person, and thrive on promoting whatever I am passionate about.

• Creation of a new 501c3 to support underfunded US Ski Team members and targeted financial support for deserving junior racers who are financially challenged
to meet the costs to compete effectively.
• The non-profit provides a strong PR association within the greater ski industry for its
sister organization - the ADLskiclub.com

Seattle, WA.
• Created an innovative online ski club/travel company to redefine the traditional ski
club concept.
• Developed an innovative concept utilizing online branding through social media
channels to build a nationwide community and buyer group for creating purchasing
power through partnerships with leading ski industry brands such as Atomic,
Flylowgear, Pret Helmets, Expertvoice and others.

• Created, directed and marketed annual club events such as the 9 Annual Mahre
Masters Camp at Mt. Hood with Olympic legends Phil & Steve Mahre; Fall movie
nights with sponsorships from Lagunitas Brewing and other fund raisers and parties.
• Lead and manage all facets of global small group trips to Europe, Japan and S.
America while developing new products year over year.
• Creator and manager of all club communications via Mailchimp, blogs, website,
Instagram and Facebook.
• Over 60% guest return ratios, club growth at 150% a year and new brand partners
added annually.

Seattle, WA.
• Created a new adventure travel company and partnership with online ski store giant
Evo.com, where we popularized pro-style adventure ski trips to their customer
base.
• Solely responsible for the profitable design, management and implementation of all
aspects of the organization from marketing, finance, and staffing of guides for
exotic tours to destinations in Japan, Bali, Chile & Europe.
• Handled all sales, inquiries, partnerships and customer communications growing the company from 3 trips a year to 7 and setting it on its current course as a major
player in the winter travel segment.

Director & Co-Founder

Athens, Greece
• Managed new business development in international markets for a software
development and management company in Greece. Developed new business and worked with existing partners such as Oracle, Microsoft, Epicor and SmartGov.
• Product manager and business manager for NewsAsset publishing solution.
Expanded customer base to international news agencies and TV news outlets.
Developed and managed marketing materials, documentation and product
packaging, rollout strategy and customer relations.
• Managed the development and implementation of a custom video archiving and
management system for the Athens Olympic Broadcasting Corporation for the indexing of all the video for the Athens 2004 Summer Olympics, used by the IOC.

• Led corporate strategy and business management for a pre IPO dot com travel
company in the early phase of the online travel market shift.
• Applied detailed knowledge of backend travel systems, logic and application to the integration with new front end customer driven online platforms.
• Prepared operations and scaled call centers to manage growth projections

Vice President

/ August 2004 - Current: Justfares.com, Seattle WA.
• Spearheaded the launch and growth of an offline innovative international air travel
consolidator with three employees into an online organization with over 65
employees and offices in Seattle and New Delhi, India.
• Directed the marketing department and established the online presence and corporate and brand messaging to the consumer, creating one of the leading
around the world and special fare agencies in the world with sales growth from
$150k in 1994 to a peak of over $20 Million in 2008.
• Created digital partnerships with over 25 foreign based corporations specializing in special fares, sharing data, product distribution and private sales channels.
• Managed and developed the India call center with 65 agents, with workflow
processes, job definitions and sales metric optimization.
