• Ensure that we operate in compliance with all state and and municipal regulations. • Facilitating basic security measures, queuing customers online to provide further assistance and serve customers with product and/or in store knowledge.

• Pick up a large amount of packages from the fulfillment center & properly deliver the packages to the intended recipient by taking directions from the Flex app. • Posses strong interpersonal skills, ability to logically navigate the city, and to be as efficient and beneficial as I can be with both coworker and customers.

Answering a high volume of calls from patients, doctors & pharmacists regarding patient bill balances, payment plans, billing insurance companies and general customer concerns. • Build rapport and keep communication by sending out emails.

• Follow Starbucks policy and procedures, including cash handling and presentation standards. • Being fully aware of our seasonal promotions & sales and inform customers daily. • Provide a positive customer experience, quality beverages and a completed transaction on POS.
