In order for me to understand my clients I try to experience their enthusiasm and dedication to their product and identity at their level. I work with them to find their competitive edge and try to present their best parts so that their target audience will grow and love them with as much enthusiasm as their own. In the end, ideas, design, and teamwork are potent ingredients for this consistent message leaving the brand to speak for itself.

I have experience in creating Brand Positioning, Logo Design, Collateral Material, Cards, Direct Mailers, Posters, Brochures, Signage, Evites and Invites, Packaging, T-shirt Design, Annual Reports and Publications, Internal Corporate Communications, Advertising and Promotional Campaigns, Website CMS Design for WordPress.

I was responsible for ensuring that madesmarts products resonate with current and potential customers. I continuously monitor marketing trends and keep a close eye on competitive products in the marketplace. I handled all aspects of the brand and brand refresh by updating packaging for over 300 items. Conducted and art directed photoshoots for packaging, website, social media, and press releases. Hosted events for buyers and others in office and at trade shows. Directed trade show production and design. 

Worked closely with the sales team to research and predict trends in housewares and how to keep retailers and buyers ahead of the game with trend reports from store visits. This was helpful in synthesizing what items to present to buyers to elevate their kitchen or bath area.

Updated website on a monthly basis with new imagery, new items, or new content. Directed and outsourced web developer to build and implement a sub-site utilized by the sales team to send out pitches to buyers.



Brand Manager / Designer

Worked closely on a team of designers to layout different circulars for Supervalu's companies. Created numerous designs for different promotions and concentrated on consistent layouts, font usage, and branding.

Creative Lead Graphic Designer

I created logos, mailers, and collateral materials for the firm. I worked closely with the marketing and communications group to promote events, update website and pull together the Pro Bono report. I worked on keeping under budget and meet all deadlines.
