• Oversee the operations of 21 Portrait Studios across the states of LA, MS, AL, ARK, TN and OKL. • Responsible to overcome and achieve budgetary objectives including sales over 11 million annually. Currently have taken my Region to see a 5% gain over my goals for the previous fiscal year and increasing individual associate averages exponentially. • Maintain and oversee a team of 21 Studio Managers / 2 Area Managers and roughly 150 to 200 photography associates seasonally. Also responsible for the Scouting and mentoring of current employees for future management possibilities and developing them to fit that role. • Oversee and dictate the protocols for all training, hiring, and continuing education in relation to the field to increase performance and quality of our product.

• Travel to all Regional Studios to help in management strategies, training new managers and associates, opening new studios, and assuring all studios are exceeding their sales objectives. • Responsible for all aspects of Studio operations including inventory, sales, labor and exceeding all budget requirements. • Maintain and oversee a staff of 8 to 13 studio associates, including interviewing, hiring, and training; to assure they meet and exceed all sales and photography related goals. • Handle all Customer related issues, complaints, and special requests. • Responsible for the maintaining and troubleshooting of all studio equipment; including lights, cameras, and printer.
