Certified Snowboard Instructor

After graduating from St. John’s University in May 2015, I moved out to Colorado and became a certified Snowboard Instructor for Vail Resorts. During my time with Vail Resorts, I immersed myself fully in the Colorado culture. With a degree in Marketing, I realized a multitude of potential opportunities within the action sports industry.

This year I did event marketing with Bataleon Snowboards for Zumiez 100k and Snowboard Industries of America (SIA). At the Burton U.S. Open in February of 2016 and 2017, I was asked to volunteer as a Burton Staff Member. It was at these events that I became aware that this is industry I belong in. I am confident with the use of my skills and experience in communications, creative problem-solving and design that I could contribute to further the success of your flourishing organization.

Throughout my senior year at St. John’s, I was chosen to participate in an elite Advertising and Competition Course. Our team placed first in the North East Region, placed first in the Nation with our Plan Book, and placed third over-all in the Nation in developing an Advertising Campaign for Pizza Hut.

Demonstrated excellent customer service, along with teaching top of the line lessons to a various assortment of lower and upper level riders.

Provided service to customers before, during and after a purchase. Dealt with large clients such as Sunoco, J.P. Morgan Chase, McDonalds, etc.
