Lani Kelly: Data OMS in Aliso Viejo, CA

I am responsible for maintaining the computer database used to route packages electronically. Through a series of different programs I am able to teach the computer to circumvent the step that sends the information to me. I also assemble daily performance reports for my supervisors and provide general office support.

I performed general office duties and was support staff to the veterinarian when needed. I answer phones, set appointments, update chart information, order supplies, reconcile statements and provide assistance with the animals.

I worked in guest services as a valet. In general I parked cars and assisted with luggage but the service side required that I help provide an exceptional experience.
