I have over 5 years experience in Customer Service and graduated from a design school in Los Angeles. I am proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator, as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. I have excellent written and verbal skills and I work in a professional demeanor.

• Answer all inbound calls and emails in regards to all of Aqua Lung America, Inc. brands (Aqua Lung, Aqua Sphere, MP Michael Phelps, OMER, Stohlquist and U.S. Divers) product warranties, order tracking, and returns.
• Provide excellent product support and knowledge to potential, new and returning customers.
• Process returns, refunds, and credits for authorized Aqua Lung retailers.
• Resolve questions and issues independently or working internally with the appropriate department(s).
• Process and document all warranty related orders for customers.
• Conduct sewing repairs as necessary for returned merchandise to be repaired.
• Report product quality issues to the quality control department to assist in improving product development.
• Collaborate in the development and growth of the company by helping to improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency.


- Plan and manage production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders
- Develop and distribute production schedules and work orders to departments
- Analyze sales order reports from Quickbooks with respect to capacity planning and material requirements Complete shipping information and delivery date input
- Interface with manufacturing personnel, purchasing personnel, etc. on material status and production planning

Production Manager

- Manage and maintain all customer relationships (both prospective and existing) via e-mail, phone, fax, or in person
- Work in a professional demeanor to resolve customer issues (via e-mail, phone, fax, or in person)
- Answer customer inquiries in regards to their orders, ship dates, wide range of products, etc.
- Respond to high volume phone calls and emails daily
- Process orders and invoices with Quickbooks
- Collect and receive payments through Quickbooks
- Create shipping labels and track shipments
- Pull reports from Quickbooks for open sales orders and shipping
- Design and send e-mail blasts through MailChimp
