Responsible for the reorganization and oversight of the accounting department, restructuring of the corporate lending facility, transition
of bonding and insurance programs. Spearheaded due diligence group on vertical integration acquisition initiative. Development and deployment of company policies and procedures for improved efficiencies, protection of corporate financial assets and risk mitigation.
Led business plan deployment for regional expansion outside the Midwest market in the private and government contracting sector.

•	Lead initiative to secure additional revolving $3MM credit facility to support focused growth in government contracting.
•	Developed and implemented spending and cost control measures netting first year savings of over $1.0MM

•	Direct responsibility of corporate aircraft operations including flight reporting requirement for IRS book and tax calculations.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER & DIRECTOR OF UTAH OPERATIONS

Joined the company as the Division Controller and promoted to General Manager two years later with full P&L and operational
responsibility for a $26MM division. Provided strategic planning direction for new product development, market penetration, channel,
procurement, and manufacturing activities. Guided organization to 35% growth in revenues and 25% improvement in earnings over
three-year period driven by price realization, market share growth, operational efficiencies, LCC sourcing shifts, and the elimination of unprofitable operations and activities.

•	Formulated human capital plan in conjunction with growth initiatives for global expansion and product line diversification.
•	Restructured product line distribution channel resulting in 15% lift in margin and 10% reduction in lead-times.

reorganization needs of the company and develop a business plan to drive financial objectives. Negotiated with local financial institution for extended terms on revolving credit line and developed work out plan to reduce capital tied up in inventory, pay down credit facility
and restore financial stability. Expanded sales channel in key markets and developed adjacent market business model to expand product
offering to broader. market. Developed financial processes and procedures, reduced operational overhead and placed organization on
sustainable growth track.

•	Developed in conjunction with tax and legal counsel a restructure of company organization providing tax advantages and protecting intellectual properties of the organization.
•	Implemented production-tracking system improving on-time delivery by 20% reducing working capital investment by 36%.
•	Expanded market penetration through aggressive business development activities focusing on galleries in strategic locations
and an organized advertising campaign resulting in an 18.3% growth in sales over two years.
