Controller- Manufacturing Division Director of Cash Management
•	A division of a medium capital publicly held company, traded on the NYSE exchange, with a sales volume of $600,000 million dollars					
•	A one hundred and fifty million dollars manufacturing division
•	Duties included all operation matters involving the company, including all financial matters including, but not limited to procurement of both secured and unsecured credit, cash management and financial reporting
•	Supervised all matters related to both domestic and foreign production and inventory management
•	Prepared and revised all forecast and budgets, and was responsible for compliance and revision
• 	   Represented the company in all dealing with outside auditors

•	Complete responsibility for the corporate accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, short term and long term leasing (including operating and capital leasing

•	 Heavily involved in all Corporate SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, !0-Q, and Form 8 K 
•	Duties included all operational  matters involving the company, including all financial matters including, but not limited to, the procurement of both secured and unsecured credit, cash management, and financial reporting
•	Supervised all matters related to accounting for both domestic and foreign production 
•	Prepared and revised all forecast and budgets for the Manufacturing division
•	 Was responsible for compliance and revisions related to Sarbanes-Oxley control functions
• 	   Represented the Company in all dealings with outside auditors
•	Supervised and the reviewed the valuation of the inventory
•	Daily cash treasury function
•	Complete responsibility for the corporate accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, short term and long term leasing (including operating and capital leasing)
•	Maintained the general ledger for the publically-held holding company where employee stock option programs, adjustable value stock warrants, a publically held bond debenture, and unfunded workers’ compensation and medicinal liabilities were carried as balance sheet valuation accounts.
