I am a self motivated designer with 9 years experience in design & production across all facets of the industry; from luxury to contemporary, moderate and mass market. My abilities to think abstractly and to evaluate current trends and translate them to profitable products for all categories and markets has allowed me to
increase sales exponentially through communication and design work with clients. I have improved efficiency in the workplace through creation of organizational platforms and by mentoring and training new members of the team. I am looking for a new opportunity to contribute, expand and grow.

-Design 2 collections per year
-Manage patternmakers, seamstresses, interns and external factories
-Design and create lookbook presentation, marketing materials and market booths
-Source fabrics and trims, build techpacks, create patterns, sew 1st samples in-house
-Build and manage e-commerce website and manage social media, costing and sales

-Communicate directly with buyers and factories
-Conduct  market meetings with buyers in order to present new trends, design, development and secure
  major private label and branded programs.
-Build cads and techpacks, review labdips, strike-offs, fabric and trim qualities to ensure quality production
-Create market research and trend decks and presentations
-Manage design process from research to production

Senior Design & Product Innovation for Private Label and Branded Intimates & Loungewear

-Communicate directly with buyers and factories
-Travel internationally to oversee factory development & production, source new fabrics and market trends
-Monthly market meetings with buyers in order to facilitate sampling based on feedback and direction
-Build cads and techpacks, review labdips, wash panels, fabric and trim qualities to ensure quality production
-Create & implement organizational systems for fabric and trim sourcing, protos and production samples
-Ensure factories are submitting all components in a timely manner so deliveries are met
-Manage design proceed from research to production while directing a team of 5

Senior Designer/Product Developer/Production Liason for Private Label (Client: Maurices & Dressbarn)

-Design debut lingerie collection from initial concept to production
-Communicate and manage factory sampling on a daily basis to ensure quality products
-Source fabrics & trims for debut collection
-Establish an organized system for future developments and orders; including techpacks,
 templates & linesheets

Freelance Design Consultant

-Create cads, techpacks and merchandising linesheets
-Assist in design development from trend to production
-Attend & assist in design fittings to ensure all notes/revisions were communicated to the factory
-Communicate with domestic & internal factories  
-Create marketing decks, seasonal market analysis and trend research for new business venture
