Delivered consistent low double-digit category growth, through the implementation of merchandised packages with strategic focus.

Launched new supplementary capsule collections with strong GTM initiatives, Pack&Go, and JW365, generating €4.5M in revenue during the first season.

Developed together with sales, the co- branding project with The National Trust strategic partner to build brand identity and increase equity within the U.K. market.

Designed biannual seasonal sales launch presentations delivered in English and German.

Implemented commercial opportunities and identified potential risks to grow in regions outside of established markets by maintaining strong presence at account ranging and pre-line meetings.

Achieved all PFC-free initiatives two years ahead of deadlines as well as launched and operationalised Ecosphere sustainability project (100% recycled waterproof membrane) throughout the business unit.

strategies for category, and product development calendar.
Created Youth active and lifestyle product collections and collaborated with RD&D from USA and EU to develop innovative products with turnover of €10M. Led sample and prototype review meetings and played
vital role in presenting line assortments at strategic account meetings. Increased category revenue and inline business by coordinating with key accounts to build and sustain client relations through development
of SMU packages. Coordinated fabric development for outdoor category by partnering with American and Asian teams. Contributed towards professional development of staff through training sessions.

Developed seamless warp knit running capsule subsequently adopted into global assortments from the EMEA line.

Generated revenue growth of €5.5M in single season by strategically coordinating with JD sports to develop and implement youth assortment.

Created fabric development process with US materials development team and implemented the same within EMEA product team.
