Digital Imaging Team Manager | 05/2014 - Current
In my current role, I provide art direction for both Non-Apparel and On-Model Apparel product imagery by creating photography standards and style guides for training of Photo Studio Teams. Part of my role is to report key KPI's to the c-suite level in regards to studio-costs, and process duration. As part of this role, I aim to lead the studio to efficient and cost-reducing initiatives, while maintaining our image quality, and style guide standards. I am a natural leader, and my goal is to lead with optimism in order to create a foundational trust across multiple creative teams, and empower associates to think bigger!
