Transitioned into position to organize and successfully launch Redcats USA's first online outlet and manage a
team of five and two outlet stores. Employed web developer to create new Redcats USA site; formulated site
specifications, created brand logos, site landing pages, and email resulting in $12M in sales in year one.
• Collaborated with the SEO marketing manager to develop effective keywords; collaborated with IT to build a
web suppression tool to disable the site from accepting backorders; tested new marketing programs through
FSI placement, package insert programs, and gifts.
• Opened first eBay store and partnered with Accenture to drive online sales results. Outsourced distribution and logistics; created and produced four catalogs/direct mail items; fostered new partnerships with both third-party
